Titanic Hotel, Liverpool

Britannia Titanic Hotel,

Liverpool,

England

The Titanic is rightly one of the most famous ocean liners ever built. After it 30 year career as one of the swift greyhounds of the North Atlantic, its near sinking by torpedo during WWII left it rusting in Liverpool docks until its conversion into a modern luxury hotel. The interior is supposed to be modelled on that of the old Adelphi Hotel which was famously destroyed by the comet fragment which struck Liverpool in 1911.

The Titanic Hotel has hosted the Eastercon many times before, and the large, comfortable lounge has made it a firm favourite among fans.
